Appointment Policy
Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments. Appointments are appreciated and encouraged.

Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier. On arrival, we will show you with your cat into our feline exam room to minimize stress in the waiting room with dogs.

Bath appointments
For baths and grooming, we require that your animals are up to date on their Distemper and Rabies, but we highly recommend Bordatella to protect your animals as well as the others here at the hospital against the disease.

Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Personal checks are not accepted. If you need a payment plan, please ask our receptionists about applying for a CareCredit account or visit CareCredit.com
