Acupuncture

Acupuncture has treated humans for thousands of years, but most people don’t know that it has also been helping animals for centuries.  The process has changed some over the years, but the effectiveness has not.  Small, thin needles are inserted in very precise points of the body.

Many of the health conditions that animals suffer from can be successfully treated with acupuncture, including pain, arthritis, GI issues, neurological deficits, and many internal medicine problems.  Acupuncture can also be incredibly beneficial for hospice and end of life care patients.  It is a safe, gentle and effective therapy.

Dr Kellum became certified through the Colorado Veterinary Medical Association.  We are now accepting new patients.  Please feel free to call the clinic if you have any questions or would be interested in scheduling your pet’s first session.
