Appointment Policy

Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. 

Vaccination Policy 

In order to board your animals here with us, we require your pets are up to date on their Distemper, Rabies and Bordetella (canine only) vaccines.

For baths, we require that your animals are up to date on their Distemper and Rabies, but we highly recommend Bordetella to protect your animals as well as the others here at the hospital against the disease.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and personal checks.
